Bonus points
- After order completed, the system will automatically record the points, 5% of spending amount will be treated as Bonus Point .
Query bonus points
- Members can view "existing bonus points" in my account or whatsapp customer service 5947 9909.
How to use bonus point
- Customer can choose “Use Bonus Points” in check out page. Order amount will be deducted automatically. One point equals to one dollar, and up to half of the total order amount can be deducted for points.
- If the order uses bonus points but needs to be cancelled, the used points will not be refunded.
Validity period of points
- The expiration date of the points is December 31st of each year.
