Replacement Procedures
All products have been inspected before delivery to ensure good quality, but the goods may be damaged during long-distance delivery.
If you receive any damage to the goods, you can contact our customer service within 7 working days from the date of receipt, take photos of the items that need to be replaced and email them to
On the day of the exchange, please bring along the goods together with the receipts for the exchange of goods at the Logistics Department of No. 25, Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong during office hours.
We recommend that you follow the process below to confirm the return request.

Step 1: Contact the customer service department of the company for record within 7 working days of the receipt period.
Step 2: Take a photo of the exchange item and send an email to the customer service mailbox for initial evaluation.
Step 3: The customer service will make an appointment for the exchange time and method within 3 working days after receiving the email.
Step 4: Pack the goods together with the sales order and other additional items with the original packaging materials, and return the goods with the contact information and order number back to the following address within 14 days.
